Thanks for the reply liquid. I actually don't hold but have kept an eye on it ever since i started looking into buying property in the US about 18 months ago. I remember reading about this back then and then followed it with interest once it listed. The fees have been what has held me back but i still take an interest in it and am still tempted considering there has been no influence of the dollars depreciation.
