Agreed the term rust belt was a little loosely used. The rest stands though. The only thing that will save this stock in the short term is the fall of the Aussie dollar. Would have been a whole lot cheaper to simply buy US dollars. And save all the RE costs. As a pure real estat play, I se nil short term gain and dubious long term. Managers will do well tho :-)
