Which means that if there is a market crash they'll be able to continue their R&D (who will want to invest in a biotech then???). They could have waited longer to do a CR but at what price would it have been then? SP would have drifted lower anyway, maybe mid 30s, which means even lower price to do a CR. Instos still have to pay double as much as a month ago....it sucks for those who bought in on the news of CF33 acquisistion, but that's the market....there will always be people who will be late at the party. Happened to me many times, buying during a media hype....if it's in the media then you're already have missed the train. I am afraid that many of the new SH will now sell out at a loss....people need to expand their investment horizon a bit and ask themselves first "Why have I invested in IMU in the first place?".
