you are correct about B cells and Chemo, I camr to the conclusion that Her Vaxx is unlikely to work as I believe that the trial required by FDA ( in combination with Chemo) had set the Her Vaxx up for failure from the start, only thing is I didn't work that out the gravity of that until quite recently, when I came across a science paper on that very same subject, in a nut shell it explained that in the presence of chemo the chromosomes of the antibodies which are produced by the B are produced mutated and unlikely to be effective against cancer.
