Immunotherapy via cytotoxic vaccination (IMU) combined with mTOR inhibitors (see PAA) is the future of cancer treatment in my opinion with the real possibility of been able to control cancer progression in already diagnosed patients to the holy grail of cancer regression and or permanent remission with minimal side effects (again see mTOR1 inhibitors such as monepantel which is about to enter phase 2 trials in dogs with lymphoma).
The future for fighting the biggest killer on planet Earth is very exciting.
