PH has nothing to lose from the CR.
He got his 12% at almost all at 1.5 cents a share so in fact the CR puts a floor on his gain at a 3.5 cents cap raise.
I have no issue with science. Just the Directors have let greed dictate their actions and not good governance or acting in interests of all shareholders.
IMHO if this transaction got tested at law or in the pub it does not pass the smell test.

In any event its done.
Its time to deal with this .
As previously stated, I hope PH and team are as greedy when they want to sell the IP they now hold a good share of personally.
In the long run I may be glad he was greedy.
To me its seems a cap raise at this time appears to extend any possible sale date and as per LC email to one shareholder here , extends the clinical trial funding to 2024.
If thats the aim then I agree with CR.
Let the best scientists in the world develop great solutions for cancer treatment and I hope they just have HUGE success.
