I do not understand how it can be said that IMU-131 will not work with chemo therapy (standard of care) when we have data in front of us showing otherwise?

All patients in 50ug cohort (n=5, 2 withdrawn, 1 for incorrect enrolment & 1 for an SAE unrelated to IMU-131) produced Her 2 specific IgG in correlation with tumour reduction. Also Antibodies with HER 2 phosphorylation correlated to a reduction in tumour size.

There were immune responses in all cohorts, but we are using 50ug dose in Ph2, so that is the focus here now. As we all know Chemo knocks off the immune system, hence the whole idea of stimulation of the immune system to fight cancer.

A small sample size in Ph1 with 3 cohorts, as to be expected to determine safety & tolerability of dosing for Ph2 underway. We will see what difference IMU-131 makes to survival rates/progression of disease in Ph2 with an IMU & SOC arm & SOC (chemotherapy alone).

A lengthy trial, but other things in the pipeline to interest investors. It’s good that we are kept up to date with progress, as is the International Oncology community with poster presentations.

If they do a trial in combo with Herceptin, I think that will be interesting. It has been mentioned in a poster presentation (background), so this may be on the cards & not just hearsay here.
