You need to trial it as a second or third line treatment for R/R AML. Once approved you could run a new primary treatment trial, but not before you get approval for a later point in the treatment pathway"

So I guess her-vaxx needs to prove itself effective with a damaged immune system (and with chemo) before it can be tested with a healthier immune system.
But this might be a bit of a catch 22, as the damaged immune system is too damaged and the chemo could be polluting her-vaxx. Not saying it is, just thinking out loud.
