No offence Few Pennies, but I trust that Axel Hoos with all his experience and knowledge in Immuno-Oncology has that base covered. If HER-Vaxx is going to fail, it's not going to be something obvious like the effects that chemo has on the B-cells. He most likely knows the effects inside out. In addition, HER-Vaxx has been revised several times since its early days, what's to say that one of the revision's didn't already remedy this issue.
