SIOC-cdt transaction on track with the administrative matters being now addressed, these being the buy-back of the Masawu Shares - the deliver the of their share certificates and signed share transfer forms along with accompanying board resolutions - followed by the issuance of the shares to SIOC-cdt’s investment subsidiary under the subscription agreement.
 
Once everything is well and truly completed the company will look to update the market accordingly.
