Got a call Tues about my mobile phone charges- and the customer service was fantastic- to the point that I actually got off my duff and logged in and lodged feedback- as we have had vodaphone, telstra, optus, telstra- back and forth- and have now been with telstra for a few years- and are finally happy.
Might not be the cheapest- but I can actually call and get a person on the other end-it is funny how much that can mean to someone.
Anyone, I haven't posted for ages, and now have 3 in a row-must be the caffeine has kicked in. LOL
