I'm a newbie and 1st post ever. Hold gdn and have confidence. However must agree that if the delay is known and you believe SP will slide (assuming that is your opinion) why be concerned about entry/exit fees or CGT?

If your belief is the SP will drop (not saying it will), then why not sell and buy back in cheaper...you may cop full CGT now if you are in under 1yr, but nothing stops you from holding long on your buy back...

On the other hand you could be selling at a loss if you bought in at over 70c like me...
