I accept MLX has risen strongly but brokers often get the price target wrong and I think this is the case here.
The elements I think that are not fully priced in their estimates the Cu price rise.
The amount MLX can lift Cu production given the level of development already in place at nifty.
Further development of resources on the prospectivity of nifty.
The strength of the Sn price and Renrtails go ahead.
The 20% extra productivity from the ore sorter at Renison.
All of the above were just plans as far as brokers were concerned but we see them being aggressively firmed up.
Brokers like to hedge their bets between current and possible then keep upgrading in delivery.
In this case I ( and the market) feel they are behind the curve.
Then again I know the operators at MLX really well.
