Another quite poor argument...a 3 bed 1 bathroom house built 50 years ago has risen 100% in the last 5 year...not just one of them but all of them...these are just old houses not mcmansions...
The problem isnt the younger generation buying too big a house...to build a much bigger house doesnt really cost all that much more anyway.
Taxes and land prices are the biggest problems
