It is an interesting phenomenon; you feel a dunce if it goes to $50 and you feel a dunce if it goes to zero.

Technicals are a circuit breaker, a way to manage emotions.

I've sold down and bought back and traded but keep a core position. It's a bob each way but it has worked.

We are in rare air here - frankly, I've been amazed since breaking $10. But then I also have a core belief that Alphabet, Apple or Amazon will want to be in the space and recognise the technology leader, and at that point conventional valuation methods go out the window.

The two Altium founders have adjacent homes in Point Piper now, one paying $71 million and the other "less than $100 million" for the Fairfax pile last weekend. Don't rule out the same sort of metric in this space. It just might not be tomorrow.
