Why I’m voting for the merge!, page-24

Not sure if this has been speculated before, yet has anyone wondered whether the major TMT shareholders have been promised participation in a future dilutive CR in the merged company?
They have clearly received correspondence from management. For them to all agree without some kind of sweetener is unthinkable.
Would be worth seeking a written statement from company advising their intentions.
