Any financier will want to see a completed BFS for the whole ore body before contemplating funding this. A DFS for GVP or yarrabubba alone and "we'll incorporate the other sections down the track" wont cut it. Based on their track records, a full integrated DFS is going to take them 1.5-3 years. Holding AVL through that period is going to take balls of brass. Im not sure there are many holders that are up for it. I predict a big sell off should the merger proceed.
