In the short term it may well be fully valued at $10, however where do you see it in 5 or 10 years' time? Given Australia's super system already manages $3 trillion(!), with Government-mandated growth through compulsory contributions and tax incentives, the portion of pension accounts set to grow in line with demographics and Centrelink guidelines favouring lifetime annuities? Not to mention the possibility that the Japanese, with their penchant for ill-timed takeovers, will buy CGF at a ridiculous price at some point.
