Hi Locksmith, I'm referring to the large sell order(s) at 25 cents. I just think if that were me desperate to sell that many shares I wouldn't scare away the buyers with a huge sell order. On the other hand it would make it easier to accumulate shares at a lower price.
On the other hand (I've obviously got more than 2 hands) if it were executed "at market" it could spook everyone into selling, or (I believe more likely) relive the mental selling pressure and allow for a upwards break, making it much more expensive to build a position having just sold a large parcel.
