I think sacking the board would be extremely counterproductive given they are the ones who have/are turning this ship around and have unique connections to the current portfolio companies (e.g. Kruger on the board of Quantum Brilliance). The current board are the reason I have invested in PVL. Kruger et. al. know what they are doing and are excellent operators (with skin in the game) and unfortunately, I can not say the same of the previous crew (pre 2021).
