Ok I too have taken a tester position here. My logic is as follows:
Funding from Pure Asset Management with warrants with conversion at 35c (substantial premium). I like the involvement of Pure - see Tesserent (TNT) and also Sensera (SE1) recently. Also the premium was not as high in both instances.
