    In answer to concerns raised, why would Keith Pitt suddenly backtrack on everything he has already said, which is essentially positive about PEP 11? Just about every single decision he makes in his resources portfolio comes under attack. It goes with the portfolio. And no new gas project is going to be without its detractors, as the following illustrate. But that doesn't stop progress.
