IMO;
- 75% for Indo (After Len's radio broadcast);
- 20% for Mongolia;
- 5% for China;
- 60% win on claims against QLD government (IMO from reading the court docs on the QLD gov courts website);
- 50% win on Kingaroy getting the go ahead again (IMO from reading the court docs on the QLD gov courts website).

I think even if we got some of the 34 million, plus an admission that DERM got it wrong, would help CXY's chances in marketing the technology to other countries/partners. It wasn't just Kingaroy that DERM affected it was Cougar's reputation. It must be hard for the board selling the company when the court case is still proceding. The quicker we move on from Kingaroy the better!
