Why I am participating in the SPP, page-57

Hi all, I am reading the prospectus and perhaps someone could please explain the chart in section 4.6 that in my opinion is incorrect. It says that for example if the VWAP is 0.04 the number of shares you get for 1k is 25000

The same ratio is applied for all price points

Where is the 20% discount applied? I must be reading incorrectly, shouldn't it be 30,000 shares
