One indicator for me is the close relationship between Dahn and Burns. As head researcher for Tesla Dahn knows exactly what is coming on BD. Burns and Dahn probably lunch together almost daily and would discuss each other’s projects in depth. Given this near certainty, would Burns blow $20 million expanding production of a product he knows will soon be obsolete. Feral
