1. Size;
2. Customer base - high net worth, low risk clients;
3. 6%+ yield;
4. PE of 11.5 - benchmark is around 13.5 or an equivalent value of between $33 to $34;
5. Selling UK will add another $5 to franshise;
6. That puts a value of about $39 or 40% ROI.
for me that makes 'investment' sense - bought in at $27.50 and I'll buy more once when support has been established - I expect that at option expiration date.
