    hang on.... from NTU website it says 279,000 kg per annum Dy which converts to 321,000 kg per annum Dy2O3 which is worth US$220 per kg. That's only a revenue of US$70,000,000 i.e. $70m not US$660m. You out by a factor of 10 on the revenue side!!

    Since they are producing a carbonate then you could expect to pay roughly US$3 per kg of total rare earth oxides for separation which if applied the Dy only would cost between $30 and $40 a kg of dysprosium oxide.

    I hope they have plenty of other product credits because I struggle to see how on $70m revenue you could support a complex rare earths project. Even if the Dy oxide price tripled I would still struggle to see payback after opex.
