Why I bought PAK over the last two weeks

SOI: 314 million
MC: 6.2 million
CR: 2c

ST catalyst: Signing of farm in contracts after DD deadline on the 13th November. Say we would see contracts signed earlier and from a technical standpoint the 50 and 100
MDA's are pointing to a larger move once they converge in the next few weeks around this time.

MT catalyst: Commencement drilling + JV for Coal project

Of the 37 million new shares issued at CR of 2c on the 16th September which is included in the SOI above the register has has churned through 52 million shares since then which tells me CR flippers are our and it's ready to move up.

Highly prospective ground north of Poryphyry North Gold and surrounded by million ounce discoveries.

Every dollar of the $2 million farm in agreement over 3 years for 60% stake is being entirely spent on the ground. This is the best deal you can possibly imagine as many just buy projects but don't explore them.

Coaking Coal project has been valued at $50 million and worth more of a proper PFS and BFS is completed. Coal not the hottest asset right now but once it hits demand it will elevate this project.

Coaking coal project they are actively seeking a JV and note that American Coal is in the top 20 share holders.

Also note the GIB find 25km easy of Saracen Gold Porphyry has has an impact on the area and puts into perspective how important this land is.

How this is sitting under 7 million MC baffles me. The coaking coal project has been valued 20 times the current MC and then add in one of the bets gold projects you can acquire in Australia plus a hydro project just as a little cream and you should have a MC pre drill of 14-21 mill.

I have attached a photo of gold finds in ounces in the surrounding area. Note that PAK tenements are slightly north west of the Red Gate Project.

Also note that a major fault line runs directly through PAK tenements and into Red Gate.
