"How this is sitting under 7 million MC baffles me."
I've been in PAK for ~5 years now... originally in for the graphene play when they owned half of IIM. Elko was just a sweetener. Anyway... I and others have been shrugging at why this has remained so low MC... for a long time there it was 3-4M, not 7M...
Just patiently waiting for the broader market to wake up.
