    - stripping out the IPO and related one-off costs - EPS of 9c => pe 7
    - assuming a dividend payout of 40% => 3.6c yield 5.5%
    - high demand product
    - my model has a sp of $1.40 in 6 months
    - safety - NTA is 46c
