From the looks of it (after 24 hours) your precise summary as to why you are participating has had no push back from the naysayers
I have previously advised that I contributed in the placement and will add to my holdings with this shareholder offer
I cant fault the reasonings you have put forth (as long as you believe that HIO will be successful in eventually getting this out of the ground)
As you have postured ..... if you attribute no value to the option the break even point for this placement is 4.15 cents (share 3.30 cents plus option 5.00 cents exercised divide by 2)
From the group that I am in contact with and the numbers that I have run ..... I would be comfortable with saying the placement may close early !
