I spoke to Peter Cook about this the other month at the briefing they held in Melbourne- this was pre barda announcemnt. He was ademant that they wern't going to do any deal on LANI which included capital raising in the US ect.. until the BARDA issue had played out. What he said to me was that he had to fully explore BARDA as it was a major source of non- dillutive funding to shareholders and not head off down other tracks until BARDA was gone as an option. So in summary he said that if BARDA came through there would be no reason to go down the other paths - BTA is fully funded for what it needs to do until LANI gets through all the trials required for ROW. There would be no reason to dillute the shareholders down.
