To preserve shareholders equity by not capital raising if possible.

That's why I mentioned they need all the cash for the pipeline. They deparately don't want to go cap in hand to anyone.

BTA is a very conservative company and I think PC orbital experience taught him that when you are beholden to others then the trouble begins.
