    Looks like I was wrong.
    FFX sp looks to have settled around $0.40. A loss of $0.55 from yesterday. This would imply pricing LLL at $0.77/share. (0.77/1.4 = 0.55)

    Take away cash ($91,000,000) and 20% of LLL ($184,000,000) and you are left with a 200koz gold producer for $200,000,000.
