I subscribe to his daily report & also have "The Next Great Bubble Boom" as well as a number of his special reports. I think you would like these 2 in particular: "Changing Global Demographics" & "Technology Cycles and the Demographic Supercharger"
Having a background in GIS (geographic information systems) in particular tying temporal census data to geographic location, his demographics approach to economic cycles stuck a chord.
This line of thought is not for everyone but is definitely an interesting propostion at least.
