I think that a JV falling through is quite a different situation to what we have here and in the end GBZ was probably happy enough to see that agreement terminate.

The term 'Firm agreements' doesn't look legally unbreakable to me either, but I would be astonished if the entities making the commitments reneged.

It looks like the finance was brought in very quickly and produced plenty of enthusiasm from those being asked for money.

The placement coordinators, Greenday Corporate, would suffer a great deal of damage to their reputation if they were allow the placement to fall over.
