Thanks @madamswer. I have to say though, I got very lucky with the timing of that last announcement. But then, when the value seems deep, it's often not hard to get lucky(1) (though it usually takes a lot longer).
(1): Not that I'm proclaiming victory yet. A 12% gain is never (in my book) a victory, least of all on a stock where my perception of risk (maybe to a large degree due to my ignorance of the sector) has meant I've had to restrict my exposure. Victory here, for me, won't have occured until there has been a multi-factor price gain.
