    Not strange. ACR has not made many runs. Only product of note was Axiron. At one stage SP was over $4.00 MC now about $32, has managed to lose $61 mil of SH funds since floating. Not a great track record so far IMO. Price reflects investor sentiment. They place no value on enterprise. IMO
