Hi there, the strike rate for fda filed dossiers is at least 95% and it takes around 10-12 months from filing a dossier to generating cashflow.

Launching products is not a risk. It costs around 3-4 million average to launch a product including R&D. Based on a market size of 100 million, market share of 10% (extremely conservative) and royalties of 25-30% each generic could get back its initial investment in its first 1-2 years.

I would expect ACR to be generating 80-100 million in revenue within 3-4 years. With corporate overhead being around 2-3m, taking into account continued investment in R&D we could comfortably see the annual dividend at around 25 cents per share within 4 years (and you don’t pay tax on the income).

This is a low risk, high reward investment opportunity.

I just wish I had more cash to invest!
