That sounds awfully exciting Doctor, but seems deliriously optimistic. The rate of R&D expenditure that has already, and is currently being incurred, is way beyond that, isn't it? Surely if it were that easy, and that assured, every generic pharmaceutical company in the world would be drunk with success. No?
And frankly, we would have to be asking ourselves what kind of stupid pills management have been taking that prevented them from going down this path 10 years ago.
As a shareholder I hope you're right. But I prefer to talk in a language of realism and sobriety.
