I'm my opinion a company consolidates when there are too many shares on issues and the board has run out ideas.

Either that or they are cleaning up so they can raise more capital.

If the company was profitable, and had sustainable revenue, it could look at a buyback over time.

It's funny how people wont sell a company under 2c for example
but if consolidated 10:1 would easily sell that 20c company down to 12c

I have always been against consolidation, I'm unsure how the market would respond to FML consolidating if the deal goes through, however......

If the deal goes through FML will be a different company!

Cashed up, huge exploration potential, the only question is how will the company be run?

This is such a fundamental game changer for FML. If it was going to be done as part of this deal then it could be justified.

Doing it any later would only open the speculation as to why!!
