The same principle applies in most if not all the other states.
Nathan M, and his dad, have had the strongest reputation in the tenement game for many years. That is how he has gotten to where he is.
The Minister's discretion overrides every other section of the Mines Act in every State in this country. The right to explore, or mine for that matter, is ultimately at the 'whim' of the Minister (subject to 'natural justice').
My thoughts, this is really one for the experts with ALL the information, not a jury capable of making a decision in this forum. Shame actually, as it would be nice if the ASX got all the evidence at the same time as the Warden/Minister. Sort of a "reality" sharemarket!LOL
