Frankly, would not put money on either!
In the old days the big boys would make a few phone calls to the Minister and it would be rectified straight away.
Now this is no longer the case-greater transparency, 'use it or loose it' policies in most States, more court action.
If I was backing individuals without knowing the details of the respective positions (which I do not), I'd put my money on Nathan in most cases. And I think he is using Mike Hunt as his solicitor-he is the best in the West and I have used him a few times and never looked like loosing in some native title related matters.
I have no feel whether it is going to involve a commercial outcome to the benfit of CAZ, or a fight to the death in the Courts-this may take a few years if it goes all the way to the High Court!!!
But I invest, this is more of a gamble! For the record, I hold RIO, and have a lot of time for Nathan.
