It makes the shorters, albeit part of their tool box, look like nothing more than petty crime compared to their overall game plan.
ie. screw companys into the ground then pick up the assets for diddley in the dollar , onsell .
The pricks and prickets which ingage in such practices should be hung , drawn then quarterd.
