Usually what happens is a SH considers their option and starts with choosing to buy in, then decides to stick around and contribute to discussion then when the SH decides it's not for him anymore for their reasons will also contribute to the discussion in the manner of debate whether you want to call it downramping or offensive that's up to you, however once this is done there would be NO NEED for the SH to continue to stick around.
However in many cases here they do, this part actually makes no sense. If you opening the door to leave, shut it behind you. simple.
As you know there are downrampers (as you call them) still here even after their long goodbye speech. So also you have a sentiment sell yet your on here for who knows what reason, maybe to buy back in at some stage and you enjoy the downramping to give you the opportunity to buy back in. If thats the case, well great as as you said we all have discussions. Enjoy
