Hope you don’t have to pay too much in the way of CGT and can splurge on something that you find fulfilling.

I have enjoyed reading your posts as I also do with everyone else’s, it’s always great to read numerous different informative perspectives, it’s all part of a wonderful learning journey.

Unfortunately this forum has recently turned rather salty... people are a little edgy / tapped out of funds / desperate for an announcement that a contract that has been signed. Once a contract has been signed and officially released via the ASX all toxicity will be null and void.

I understand where you are at and how you feel. (it has been one tumultuous year for everyone)

Everyone please remember, we all make mistakes in the heat of the moment where emotions are concerned.

All stories have beginnings /middles and most importantly endings.

Lets all be respectful and let this be the end of this story.
