I suppose the bottom line is... share prices only matter if we have a future and in my crystal ball I'm hoping the future is not oil, coal or uranium.
On a side note it's hard not to miss the slide of oil from US$140+ a barrel to 10 year+ historic lows. Wondering if this is the oil cartels attempt to squeeze out high cost producers like shale oil in the US and to delay the uptake of alternatives like the electric car. If so, I say use their cheap(er) oil to advance the development of alternatives!
