    Rebel,

Thanks for your friendly post and re-iterating all the loves.

I think everyone who has invested in this co. has done it for the same reasons and love to make money.

Also they have spent countless hours on googling, reading articles along, dot joining with contributions of  some superb, excellent posters on this thread (guys you know who you are thank you).

However that doesn't mean that we should handout free shares without knowing what they are going to achieve for short/long term shareholders who invested in OBJ.

Directors are doing good job in building the co. etc thats not the question here however being a shareholder we all have the right to know what we will get for dilution and when will this tree start giving some fruits?

As we are entering the third "revenue" phase of the company and lets say we get revenue forecast:

Do you think we ll need to invite investors or they will be buying on market?

Do you think it will not put a rocket under share price as we will be profitable co.?

Don't you think, all the big sharks who can't invest at this stage coz OBJ is not generating revenue will be rolling over each other to get in ON MARKET to get good returns obviously with some manipulations in turn it will tighten the share register.

And if the dividend is a possibility it will be great win-win for all of us it will become a good income stock and better a cash cow for directors who currently hold 10% of the company without any further dilution.

Please see below on the back of envelope calculations what it looks like for our directors

    Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 Column 4 Column 5
0 Director No. of Shares Share price at 35c equal 1c Dividend equals Summary
1 J D Edwards 35,430,995 12,400,848 354,309 Now if you are working in your passionate field while you have a chance to make a living and generate wealth at the same time thats a good deal.

Also please remember they have another 45 million shares which are not accounted in these calculations along with any higher share price.

Now imagine dividends going to 2/3 cents, do we still need more

I am not going to tell any one whether to vote/not vote in favour of this resolution however please make a decision based on your own research.
