Just watched Tullow Oil 2014 full year webcast and the CEO was excited about East Africa - Uganda and Kenya.

Tullow's exploration and appraisal capex in 2014 was $800m. It's being cut to $200m in 2015 but half of this is going to Kenya. There was no verbal statement of Block 12B but it was on one of their slides.
Maybe Tullow will make a takeover bid for SWE.
