I think you have not done your research on this stock.
Can I suggest you watch these presentations.
I really enjoy the bottom one. Paul makes the whole thing sound like an adventure.
Mind you this adventure is currently worth around $24M to him so his enthusiasm is very well attached.
I hope he is worth $240m out of this because it will mean, he has bought this adventure to a reality we can all benefit even more from.
Management own 34.4% and PC alone holds 16%. This gives him a blocking stake and as he says, "aligns his interests with shareholders".
By memory the conditions were, that adt would be exploiting by 2020 but he is talking 2021 to build the plant.
I am of the opinion that 2021 will see much higher prices in PM's so this could also be to our advantage.
They will also have proven a much larger res in all metals including PM's.
If the videos start part way through, just start them again.
I watch them often.
This is one case where I act like "the king in the counting house, counting out his money".
I really like this story.
